Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on personalised items, as they are made to order. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it.

All personalised items are handmade to order. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping → 5-day turnaround + 2–5 days delivery
• Express Shipping → 5-day turnaround + 1–2 days delivery
• Rush Order → 3-day turnaround + 1–2 days delivery

During busy periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc.), please allow extra time.

Yes – you can request multicoloured letters. Just tell us the order of colours in the personalisation text box. We also offer special prints such as leopard print and heart print letters.

Yes – we print and embroider exactly what you write in the personalisation box. Please check your spelling carefully before completing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for typing errors.

Yes – we accept Klarna, so you can split your payment into instalments for extra flexibility.

Yes – you can add embroidered or printed extras such as bows, hearts or stars for just £1.50 each. On pouches, you can also select placement (middle, bottom right, or bottom left).
